ABOUT THE COMPETITION

Training magazine sponsors an annual competition that evaluates a variety of data on organizational learning programs.

The judging is based on elements such as corporate universities, evaluation procedures, and internal best practices. Companies are then ranked accordingly. Results are announced at the annual gala.
