>> Cisco Systems added a new entry-level certification, Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician (CCENT), to its Career Certification Program, along with enhancements to the Cisco CCNA associate-level certification.

>> Citrix Systems, Inc., announced two new Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) certification tracks: CCA for Citrix NetScaler 8 and CCA for Citrix Access Gateway 8 Enterprise Edition. The new certifications are intended to prepare IT professionals to become experts on Citrix NetScaler, and evolve their professional skills to address new Web 2.0 technology.

>> iLinc Communications, Inc., released iLinc 9, a new version of its Web conferencing suite. iLinc 9 includes a newly designed user interface, tools to enhance operator and user efficiency, and the ability to show multiple participant videos simultaneously.

>> Computer Software Group (CS Group) announced additional enhancements to the online booking and shopping functionality of its CourseBooker software solution. A "shopping basket" was added to the technology to enable training company customers to book courses and make payments online without the need for staff to re-key data into a separate bookings database.

>> O'Reilly Media, Inc., released Dynamic Learning: Photoshop CS3. A book featuring 13 lessons includes explanations on how the software works, instructions, full-color examples, professional tips and techniques, and a DVD with digital classroom video tutorials.
