• The Accidental Trainer released Training on Demand POWer Interviews. These 10- to 15-minute interviews, which can be downloaded from the Accidental Trainer Website, feature guest experts speaking on topics such as teambuilding, use of improvisation in training, and "The Power of Influence."
• Plateau Systems expanded its iContent solution offerings, adding three new partners: Martec International, StarQuest Online, and NIIT. These partners bring new retail, sales, customer service, leadership, and information technology titles to the iContent catalog and enable the creation of custom training content.
• Jobfox launched Jobfox Intros, designed to give job candidates a new way to obtain interviews and directly network with employers. Building on Jobfox's matching service, Intros adds interactive online tools and staff support to connect qualified candidates and matching employers.
• SuccessFactors, Inc., announced the delivery of five new capabilities integrated with the Google Apps suite of communication and collaboration products and other tools. The integration of SuccessFactors Performance and Talent Management suite with the products from Google is designed to enable companies to reap the benefits of cloud computing (no hardware or software to download, install, or maintain).
• MassMutual's Retirement Services Division launched CustomChoice Strategies, a tool that allows employers and authorized advisors to make plan-specific investment options available to the participants in their retirement plans based on a target retirement date, investment objective, or a combination of the two, using a plan's existing investment lineup.
