PeopleFilter fuels HR.com

PeopleFilter Technology in Arlington Heights, Ill., announced today that it will play an integral role in the development of HR.com's new vertical job board, which supports the North American human resource industry.

PeopleFilter Technology's applicant tracking system (ATS) allows hiring organizations to post their HR jobs to HR.com Career Network with a few clicks. PeopleFilter's tools rank and prioritize potential hires, making the right HR hire easier to identify quickly.

First Research awards companies

First Research, an industry intelligence firm based in Raleigh, N.C, has announced its first annual award series recognizing outstanding use and advocacy of First Research Industry Intelligence in successful customer prospecting, communication and retention. The company recently honored three customers including:

First Research Customer of the Year: BB&T
First Research Innovator of the Year: ADP
First Research Advocate Award: Sally Glick of Sobel & Co.

Companies honored for wellness efforts

Six organizations were accredited today with the CEO Cancer Gold Standard, joining six others that have earned a second year of Gold Standard accreditation. The CEO Cancer Gold Standard is a workplace initiative that combats cancer by focusing on three objectives: risk reduction, early detection and quality care.

The newly accredited organizations are: American Legacy Foundation, Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Jenner & Block, MD Anderson Cancer Center, SAS Institute and Quintiles Transnational Corp. They join AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, OSI Pharmaceuticals and the national headquarters of the American Cancer Society, all of which were originally accredited for 2006 and which have been re-accredited today with the CEO Cancer Gold Standard.
