Complaint and Feedback Management
CDC Software added Respond DataMart, Respond Analytics, and Respond Report Packs to its CDC Respond complaint and feedback management suite of enterprise products. Respond Data Mart is designed to help automate and simplify tasks associated with the maintenance and management of a "data mart," an analytical data store designed to focus on a specific business function such as complaints management. Respond Analytics is an integrated and ready-to-use set of analytical and reporting tools intended to enable the user to quickly and easily create dashboards and reports. Respond Report Packs provide sets of prepackaged report templates based on market research into the needs of particular vertical markets.


Influencer Training
VitalSmarts, a provider of corporate training and organizational performance solutions, released Influencer Training, a classroom training course design to uproot entrenched habits and drive rapid and sustainable behavior change. The product includes a participant response system, trainer guide, trainer assist platform, and video.



SumTotal ToolBook 9.5
SumTotal Systems, Inc., introduced a new version of ToolBook, an e-learning content creation tool. ToolBook 9.5 includes Microsoft PowerPoint Import; mobile learning with Apple iPhone Support; expanded browser access including Apple Mac; XML File Import; and audio recording capabilities.



Training Webcasting Service
Momindum launched K-base 2.0, a collaborative rich-media Webcasting service intended for corporate training, academic learning, and online education. The technology is designed to give users quick and easy access to rich-media content so they instantly can share video, take notes, access relevant video, ask the instructor questions, discuss ideas in a forum, and use and receive content through their mobile phones.
