After an extensive $60 million renovation, the Pacific Palms Resort in Industry Hills, California recently unveiled a new look that will catch the attention of incentive planners. The only destination resort in greater Los Angeles now boasts two refurbished championship golf courses, full-service spa, a new signature restaurant RED and 292 modern guest rooms.
"The property was initially designed for more transient business customers. But an investment of $60 million to create upgrades has made it a true destination resort in the Los Angeles area," says Bob Nelson, vice president and managing director of Pacific Palms Resort. "This is the only golf resort 25 minutes from downtown LA, and the two 18-hole championship courses are highly rated in Southern California. Pacific Palms Resort also provides great value to planners for their incentive programs."
Convenience is certainly a consideration in the planning process. Getting the attendees to the Pacific Palms Resort won't be a problem, as the property is centrally located between four major airports and four major interstates.
