Associated Luxury Hotels International is offering incentive and meeting planners a new program encouraging total or partial buyouts at its four- and five-star member properties.
The Elite Retreat Buyout program aims to encourage either whole property buyouts or cluster, wing or building partial buyouts that achieve the same privacy and exclusivity goals at larger properties or for smaller groups. The program provides complete usage of a location’s meeting facilities, guest rooms and banquet facilities.
The program is available at many Associated Luxury Hotels International member properties, including a number of incentive destinations. These include the Boulders Resort & Golden Door Spa and the Royal Palms Resort and Spa, both in Scottsdale, Ariz.; La Posada de Santa Fe Resort & Spa in New Mexico; Miramonte Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, Calif.; and even the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa at St. Andrews, Scotland.
Partial buyout of hotel sections are available at larger resort properties, such as La Quinta Resort & Club in La Quinta, California; the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Fla. and La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif. This option offers groups a smaller portion of a hotel, with private areas, as well as the many recreational amenities and dining facilities found at world-class resorts.
