- Tom Latourette joined Building Leaders, Inc., as vice president of sales and marketing. He will oversee growth of the company's presentation schedule, marketing, and sales efforts, along with an expansion of its consulting and counseling services.

- FirstNet Learning promoted Sam Prien from account executive to the new position of national sales manager. Gretchen Ficek was promoted from account executive to senior account executive, and Shannon Thomas was promoted from sales associate to account executive.

- Dr. Mark Kizilos was named assistant dean for executive education at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Kizilos will oversee the Carlson School's Executive Education programs and design new development solutions for corporate clients, executives, and individuals.

- Adam Hyder joined Jobvite as chief technology officer (CTO). He most recently was senior director of engineering for Yahoo's AMP!, and previously CTO and director of engineering for Yahoo! HotJobs.

- Enkata appointed Mark Mullaney vice president of sales. He will be responsible for spearheading Enkata's worldwide sales strategy and execution.
