WebCT and Capella University Partner

WebCT, a Lynnfield, Mass.-based provider of higher education e-learning solutions, and Capella University, an online university based in Minneapolis, will begin piloting an enhanced e-learning environment for Capella learners built on the WebCT Vista academic enterprise system.
