Carilion Clinic Carilion Clinic takes seriously the direct correlation found between diversity and the success of a business, and does what it can to encourage a diverse staff. To aid its diverse laundry services department, the organization works closely with Refugee and Immigration Services to provide entry-level employment opportunities.
