The MBNA Auditorium, a 500-seat venue at the Cleveland Clinic's Intercontinental Hotel and Conference Center, is used for training, videoconferencing and presenting to medical, technical and civic audiences. Central to the room are a pair of 24-foot screens and two 8-foot rear-projection screens for ancillary materials. A one-of-a-kind "air wall" system enables the 6-ton front walls to be moved into three distinct configurations. All the room's technology is run from a Crestron room-control system. There are also two control rooms for administrators to record presentations, conduct videoconferences, and set up events such as the remote viewing of a surgery for a group of visiting physicians.

Lawson Hall on the Carbondale campus of Southern Illinois University includes 10 new pie-shape rooms that come together at a central core where all their AV equipment is managed. Pictured is one of the building's four large identical lecture halls. Used as both a classroom and presentation venue, the rooms have side-by-side Sharp projectors that will project two images on one screen, allowing presenters to show both video and slides at the same time. Smart Sympodium lecterns let presenters make annotations on the big screens as well as control AV functions easily from the front of the rooms.

General Mills' classy Corporate Auditorium was designed for multimedia-based presenting as well as traditional speaking. The 380-seat auditorium can handle a large-scale videoconference or a humble, from-the-podium speech. The room features a custom-built,11 x 19-foot screen and a 10,000-lumen Christie Digital LX100 projector. Specially designed speakers were built into the woodwork on the ceiling and walls.
