We've been piloting an e-learning program over the past few months and have quickly come to the realization that we need more help in instructional design. We have two instructional designers on staff, but also need to train some of our subject matter experts on how to design for an online platform and do basic hands-on development. Can you recommend any good train-the-trainer programs? Also, because we're big believers in online learning's potential, we'd prefer to find something that our trainers can take online. Any help would be most appreciated.
